At TrenyBags, we are committed to delivering your favorite bags and pouches quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During promotions or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within the UAE:
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is available:
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
- Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You may receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable).
- You can contact us directly for delivery updates.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
TrenyBags is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional delivery charges may apply for reattempts.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, TrenyBags is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package (if visibly damaged), or
- Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assist you promptly.
