1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if all the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and all accessories
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
⚠️ Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume scents, washing, or alterations will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Customized or personalized products
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange for a different color (subject to availability)
- Exchange for another style of equal value
If there is a price difference, the balance must be paid before dispatch of the exchanged item.
6. Return Shipping (UAE)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- TrenyBags is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
